Founder biography

The story of Rodolphe Le Provost is not a classic fairy tale. Far from the classroom, where he could not see himself developing, he forged his destiny through action. At just 16, he joined his father's hair salon in Cannes, where his first snips of the scissors already revealed a raw talent for the art of hairstyling.

His journey took an unexpected turn at 19, when he was called up for military service in Germany with the French Forces. Rodolphe distinguished himself not only through his discipline, rising to the rank of sergeant, but also through his heroism, saving a comrade during a perilous exercise that earned him the bronze medal for national service.

Paris opened its doors to him at the age of 21. His expertise, attentiveness, and ability to sculpt hair enabled him to establish himself among the greats, and soon he was tasked with setting up a prestigious branch in Brussels. At 26, he opened his own salon on Avenue Louise, the first in a series that would eventually number ten.

A chance encounter in London changed his view of the profession. Discovering hair systems was a revelation. From then on, his mission became clear: to provide tangible solutions for those facing baldness.

In 2017, the Centre du Cheveu was established, quickly becoming a haven for those seeking concrete answers to their hair concerns in Belgium. And this is only the beginning. In 2021, the Maolis brand emerged under his leadership, embodying excellence and realism in the field of hair prostheses.

Always seeking innovation, Rodolphe works with biotechnology experts to create cutting-edge treatments for hair loss. Electroporation mesotherapy, combined with ATP 38, is a perfect example, symbolizing his commitment to combining expertise with Swiss technology.

Today, as the Centre du Cheveu expands internationally and the Maolis range grows to meet the needs of a diverse clientele, Rodolphe remains true to his values. In the privacy of his rare free moments, he turns to his family and charitable commitments, supporting socially oriented real estate projects intended for people with mental and physical disabilities, his second passion after hair.

Rodolphe Le Provost, a man of action and heart, whose life is woven between professional passion and humanitarian commitment, is writing a story in which every chapter celebrates resilience, innovation, and unconditional love for his profession and for those around him every day
