FAQ Hairpieces

What is the difference between a wig and a hairpiece?

The wig covers the entire scalp and is generally worn as a complete and removable solution. The hairpiece, on the other hand, integrates with existing hair or the scalp for a more discreet, natural, and personalized daily result.

Can I put on my hair prosthesis by myself?

We recommend entrusting the initial installations to a professional to achieve the best possible result. Afterwards, once you have mastered the necessary techniques, you can perform the monthly maintenance yourself independently.

Can I wet my hair with a hair prosthesis?

Yes. After application, just wait 48 hours before wetting your hair. Once this period has passed, you can wash it normally, go to the pool, or swim in the sea without any problem, provided you use an appropriate hold product.

Can you sleep with a hairpiece?

Yes. Hairpieces are designed to be worn day and night and can stay attached for several weeks. With proper attachment, you can sleep comfortably while wearing them. A short adjustment period may be necessary during the first few days.

Can you wear a hat or cap with a hairpiece?

Head accessories such as caps or beanies can be worn without any problem with a hairpiece. A suitable attachment ensures a stable and discreet hold.

Are all hairstyles possible?

Depending on the chosen model, it is possible to create many different hairstyles.

For styles with hair pulled up or back, models with an Ultra HD or Ultra HD+ base are particularly suitable. They ensure an invisible hairline and a very natural look, even up close.
