General Terms and Conditions of the Maolis Competition

  1. Organization
    The competition is organized by Maolis SRL, located at 136 Chaussée de Vleurgat, 1000 Brussels, and registered under VAT number BE 0802.971.245. The competition will run from October 18, 2024 to November 18, 2024.

  2. Participation terms
    Open to anyone of legal age who follows the instructions on the Maolis website. Participants will be entered into a random draw, which will take place on November 20, 2024.

  3. Prizes to be won

  • A hair replacement installation with Rod in person. The hair replacement system chosen by the participant must have been previously purchased by the participant on the website. Only the installation, bonding, cutting, and styling are included.
  • A complete Maolis hair replacement touch-up kit.
  • Discounts and gifts.

 

  1. Selection of the winners
    The winners will be selected at random and contacted by email within the days following the draw.

  2. Privacy
    Participants' personal data will be used solely for this competition, in accordance with Maolis SRL's privacy policy.

  3. Liability
    Maolis SRL reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances require it.

  4. Jurisdiction
    Any dispute related to this competition shall be subject to the laws in force in Belgium.
